When we caught up with Henry Louis Gates Jr. at a screening of Faces of America, a new series about genealogy that premieres February 10 on PBS, we wondered what he thought of new Massachusetts Senator-Elect Scott Brown. "I watched him on Leno the other night and I was thinking, I had to hold my arm down to keep from voting for the guy," he told us. "He is very personable and very charming."
