For a couple of years now, Katie Lee has been living in the gorgeous, Nate Berkus–designed Perry Street townhouse she bought with then-hubby Billy Joel in 2006 for $5.9 million. She bought out Joel's half in the divorce, and now the place is on the market for $12.9 million. If we were the new buyer (and we won't be), for that price we'd insist she uncover the secret pool in the basement. [NYP]
