New Jersey governor Jon Corzine has been trailing his unfortunately named Republican challenger Chris Christie all campaign season until now. With a month until the election, a new poll shows Corzine topping Christie by a statistically insignificant one point. This is likely due to Christie's unfavorable rating rising seven points in the past month, which we'd attribute to the Corzine ads portraying him as a law-circumventing, power-abusing, tax-evading bad driver who literally "throws his weight around."
