Adolfo Carrión Is Totally Going to Pay for That

Adolfo Carrión, the former Bronx borough president and President Obama's newly appointed urban czar, is claiming there's a simple explanation for why, two years later, he still hasn't paid an architect who worked on his home in 2007 — and whose development project Carrión approved at around the same time. Carrión, who was billed $3,627.50 for work on his porch and balcony, was simply waiting for someone to notice the architect to file his "final survey." He expects that to happen "shortly." [NYDN]
