The First Family was in Martha's Vineyard this week, and Michelle Obama went to dinner wearing her trusty black-and-white Narciso Rodriguez dress (last seen on July 4, 2009). She paired it with a cropped black jacket and a streamlined clutch. Later, she debuted a new printed patchwork frock, which she wore over leggings.
