Yesterday we were treated to the pleasing — nay, heartwarming — sight of Lady Gaga wearing bottoms made of actual fabric. But that was too angelic a demeanor for her to maintain. So today she slapped on panties with a front skimpy enough to make up for all those non-rubber bottoms she wore, paired with thigh-high boots that appear to be made from 50 pairs of shin guards and some string. To her credit, thigh-highs are in for fall.
