Proposed Laws Could Ban Underage Tanning; Blunt Blonde Bangs Teeter on Trendworthy

SKIN
• Underage orange people, your tanning-bed days could be numbered. A bill proposed in Texas would require anyone under 18 to obtain a doctor's note before using a tanning bed and have a parent present while tanning. Also, in Florida, lawmakers want to ban anyone under the age of 16 from tanning. [News-Press, USAT via Style.com]
